🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
🚚 Items Lost in Transit
By placing an order, you acknowledge our shipping timeframes. Most packages arrive on time, but delays may occur due to customs or postal issues.
If your package is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out. We’re happy to resend your order or issue a full refund.
🔄 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if an item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return address and next steps.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. This helps us continue to offer free worldwide shipping for all customers.
💰 Refunds
There are no fees for refunds due to damaged, defective, or missing items.
However, if a customer cancels their order, the original payment processing fees are non-refundable.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.
In such cases, please verify the delivery through the tracking link and contact your local carrier to investigate.
😞 Dissatisfaction with a Product
If you’re unhappy with your order and it’s not defective, you may return it at your own expense. Please note:
- We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund and will be forfeited
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process after we receive your item
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card provider (it may take several days to post)

❌ Order Cancellations
To cancel or modify your order, email us within 24 hours of purchase. Include your order number and requested changes.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Note: A 5–10% management and transaction fee applies to all approved cancellations.
